Q: I have a home that is not worth the value I am paying. The house was in my son’s and my name. He has since lost his job and unable to find another right now due to other legal issues. I am a disabled veteran and unable to maintain property the house was a home and land deal. There is tremendous maintenance needs on the house which is only been built three years ago.
